Gather Round the Hearth

A hearth oven in your kitchen is especially nice during the Holidays. You can make an entire meal in it and the ambiance is perfect for the season. We have Wood Stone Hearth Ovens in most of our showrooms (sometimes two!) and our chefs love cooking in them year-round. The Meal

Just chop up the butternut squash and other ingredients and pop it in the oven. Once it's roasted, blend to the desired consistency and adorn with Feta. Click for the recipe.

Create the glaze with sugar, salt, orange zest and spices. Slather the lamb and place on a bed of oranges, fennel, and shallots. Pour on orange juice and roast it in the oven.

Peel and cut potatoes into 2" tall cylinders. Sear in olive oil, then add butter, garlic, and thyme. Bake for 5 or 6 minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme.
